Come enjoy a relaxing day at Rocky Point Park for a delicious picnic lunch (Veggie options available) and to learn the ancient and healing art of Forest Bathing by hiking around the tidal inlet. This will take around 2 hrs and is an easy hike. Located along the shores of Burrard Inlet, Rocky Point Park in Port Moody is one of the most scenic parks in the lower mainland.

Parking is free but gets busy so I recommend taking the skytrain to Moody Center Station which is literally a 5 min walk to the park.

Come join for a spiritual experience forest bathing in Cathedral Grove a rare endangered ancient Douglas fir ecosystem on Vancouver Island, the ancient trees are around 800 years old and measure 75 m (250 ft) in height and 9 m (29 ft) in circumference. A perfect location to learn the ancient and healing art of Forest Bathing, this day trip includes transportation to and from the Nanaimo, a guided 3 hour Forest Bathing Tour and picnic lunch.
